Swap Fried Crisps for Tesco Baked Sweet Potato Crisps
I was so pleased to find these in Tesco recently. I have been looking for something to give me that satisfying “crunch” without all the unhealthy oil and flavourings.
These fantastic crisps are simply baked without the additional of ANYTHING ELSE!
They take a little bit of getting used to as they are a bit thicker than a potato crisp but give it a week or so and you should get used to them.
This is one of the easiest health swaps around!
As well as sweet potato Tesco also do: beetroot (OK if you like beetroot otherwise avoid!), apple (delicious) and recently they also added baked carrot, which are also amazing.
So no there’s no need to avoid crisps and in fact all the more reason to eat more of them as you will still get all the nutritional benefit without the downside.
Unfortunately I couldn’t find anything which was a single ingredient like these in any other stores.
